What do we do?

  • Management of leases and related guarantees/obligations (billing and monitoring of receipts, taxes, deadlines, adjustments, etc...)
  • Management of supply contracts and re-debits of utilities.
  • Management of insurance contracts and claims.
  • Drafting of estimates and the final accounts of ancillary charges and allocation of costs between the owners according to the expense rate tables of the individual units.
  • Periodic reporting agreed with the customer.
  • Preparation of IMU reports, related payments and management of cadastral inspections.
